I like to start by having a central repository of compliance-related documentation. We use Confluence, but you could easily use Notion or some other tool.

I then have a distribution email list that I email with the details of the update and where to find the latest changes in Confluence. The email clearly defines what has been introduced (or changed) and the effects that this has.

This distribution list is reviewed at the end of each month to ensure that it is up to date.
